Glyndwr are delighted to welcome David Cole to our team as a Project Surveyor.
David brings a well rounded background, having worked across subcontracting, main contracting and consultancy. That gives him a clear view of how projects look from every side of the table.
His experience covers infrastructure, rail and utilities, alongside healthcare, student accommodation and education. He has worked on projects ranging from under £100,000 to more than £180 million.
David holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management and is an accredited NEC4 Project Manager. He is working towards RICS chartership through the Quantity Surveying and Construction pathway. He enjoys getting into the detail of project costs and finding efficiencies that deliver real value for clients.
Outside of work David keeps busy with endurance challenges and has completed a marathon and a half Ironman.
