I offer extensive knowledge of all aspects of commercial management, having applied these skills successfully on a wide range of projects across many sectors. While my experience spans most sectors, my particular focus has been education, residential, commercial property and health.

My experience covers every project stage from feasibility to final account and project closure, supported by specialist knowledge of business case delivery, risk management, life cycle costing and advising on claims.

I have delivered projects worth up to £500M, under JCT, NEC and bespoke contract forms, for a range of public and private sector organisations.

In recent years I have added direct experience of modern methods of construction and carbon reduction measures to my detailed knowledge of construction methods.

Away from the office I enjoy family life and travel.
